Abstract

The genus Mycobacterium sp. causes tuberculosis in humans and domestic animals, including pathogenic species, the most common and important Mycobacterium tuberculosis which infects only humans and can accidentally infect the cattle, causing no major changes in the latter host, and Mycobacterium bovis, which infects cattle It can also occasionally infect humans through milk and meat 'in natura' infected with the bacillus. Ensure the public health is one of the most important of the veterinarian, who routinely decide on the allocation of a housing as well as byproducts, always seeking the safety and health to public health. It is therefore of paramount importance to a review on tuberculosis.
