Guaranty levels evaluation of row material in mineral supplement industry

The Brazil is one of the highest producers of ration and mineral supplementation, and has been showing significative growing in the alimentary products in the last years. Aiming attempt the market quality, should be use raw material of good quality provided by the supplying, decreasing the costs and increasing the quality of the final product. Considering this, the aim of this research was to evaluate the guaranty levels of the row materials in mineral supplements industry. The study was conducted in one company of mineral supplements, located in the Goiania city, state of Goias. There were used six kind of raw material for the study, considering mainly the amount of raw material sold. The collected data were refers the years of 2010, 2011 until de month of July of 2012. There were evaluated the grades of the guaranty levels gave by the suppliers and ones gave by the others company (labs). The data were save in the electronic software, and before was determined the average and the variation coefficient of each element of the row mater. The suppliers were classified in 1, 2 and 3, and after this classification it was realized one simulation with the analysis costs. Can be concluding that the suppliers qualification considering the row material, give higher confidence in the quality of the final product, contributing for the decrease of the analysis costs
