Abstract

Supplementation of exogenous enzymes in poultry diets has been the subject of several studies today and the inclusion of carbohydrases has promoted improvement in the nutritional value of diets of broilers, especially those based on corn, sorghum and soybean meal. The anti-nutritional factors contained in the diets of corn, sorghum and soybean meal, have limited effects. However, exogenous enzymes added to food, make the nutrients that would not be used, accessible intestinal absorption of birds, improve the performance and increase the digestibility of these diets by birds. This review is done with the intention of showing the carbohydrases action (arabinase, β -glucanase, cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase and xylanase ) for the feeding of broilers and the use of organic compounds in the animal body to improve performance parameters, performance and digestibility
