The system of producing beef cattle has as principle the slaughter of animals between 14 and 15 months of age. This is achieved through early development programs. This study has the main objective to evaluate the performance of animals steers from two cross-Angus cattle, comparing genetic group which provides the best results for gain average daily gain, final weight and body size. Therefore, a set of techniques to take the bull in the refrigerator for up to 15 months of age: animals preferentially crossbred (European x zebu), early and with good conformation, high quality pasture and well managed, adequate mineral supplementation, control health drive ; management practices to ensure up to an age of weaning weight of at least of 250 kg.
