Abstract

The Chagas disease is the etiologic caused for the agent Trypanosoma cruzi, a protozoan that can be found in a variety of mammals and Triatominae, and its invertebrate hosts numerous species of Hemiptera hematófagos of the family Reduviidae and subfamily Triatominae. The research house of bugs is an important tool for triggering of prevention and control of Chagas disease. Based on the identification of species of insects and the diagnosis of parasitism by Trypanosoma cruzi, it is possible to perform the spatial distribution of risk of disease transmission and the direct actions and resources.
