Abstract

Poultry raising, has been conducted in high density places wich sometimes leads the animals to high stress levels, wich reduces profit margin at the end of the process. in stressfull situations, due to hormone activities, chrome (cr) is reduced and glicose maintains itself ion the blood for vital organs. the use of organic chrome must better the yield of meat production, imunity and reduce stress.
