Abstract

As result of hyperestrogenic, presents the paraneoplastic syndrome of feminization, which is characterized by: gynecomastia, galactorrhea, pendulous prepuce, penile atrophy and contralateral testicular atrophy, associated with clinical dermatoses such as alopecia bilaterally symmetrical, dull coat, easily detachable who fails to regrow after clipping, hyperpigmentation variable. The diagnosis is based on history, medical history, clinical signs, testicular ultrasound, hormonal levels of estrogen plasma or serum and histological examination. The treatment of choice is the orchiectomy. The aim of this study is to report the unusual occurrence of hyperestrogenic in a young dog caused by a sertolioma.
