Abstract

Growing corn production has been breaking records for each crop, with Brazil being one of the major powers in grain production, demonstrating its productive capacity in the global market. Thus new technologies are emerging in the agrarian sector in order to maximize the utilization of this food mainly in the off season, in the form of corn ethanol or its co-product DDGS or WDGS (distillery dry grains and distillery wet grain respectively). Thus, the use of these co-products in animal feed has been well studied, since they have good nutritional values meeting the demand of both beef cattle and milk.
