Understand and ensure the welfare of birds in the breeding system is important, because it directly affects the production, which may mean the economic viability in agricultural development. Thus the construction of models to estimate the welfare that assists in decision support in the management of poultry, using parameters pertaining to the birds in real time, it becomes increasingly necessary for success and sustainability of the national poultry industry. Thus, this study aims to give a brief overview of some valuation techniques applied non-invasive in poultry, highlighting the main methods for predicting productivity rates, physiological responses and animal welfare.
