Abstract

Several studies show that nutrition of hospitalized dogs is important for patient recovery. However this aspect is often neglected in veterinary medicine. Thus, this work was developed with the purpose of clarifying the importance of the adequate nutritional support implementation for hospitalized dogs and its relation with the most commonly found in the clinical routine.
