Abstract

Challenges have been increasing taxes to the national milk producer, the search for efficiency is essential to stay in the activity and discussion on the composition and quality of milk has been shown to be a potential strategy to bring direct benefits to producers helping him. The fat, along with the protein are the components of milk higher economic value to dairy products. Probiotics are live microorganisms which, constantly supplemented in the diet, beneficially affect the animal organism. The relevance of this subject are necessary research in this area. This work contributes to that segment, and to evaluate the effect of the probiotic feed associated with the fat content of milk from cows. Was added probiotic DBR to power a group of 20 Jersey cows, milk samples collected from the same every 15 days and sent for analysis. The analysis showed an increase in fat content of milk, concluding that the use of probiotics is very beneficial for the activity.
