The pet owner relationship is a cornerstone in the therapy of choice for chronic, incurable or difficult to treat by traditional medicine, such as Cancer, Bone Dysplasia, kidney failure, metabolic syndromes and allergies. We know that some treatment options used in traditional medicine is not necessarily the best treatment for a particular population or condition. Currently the owners are more informed about the new complementary therapies offered by veterinarian specialists, who are increasingly involved in researching new ways to provide quality of life during the years that animals are to us. This article will present some of the therapies currently used more.
