Efficiency of ozone therapy as alternative treatment protocol of several diseases in Veterinary Medicine (Literature Review)

Ozone was discovered in 1840 by Schönbein by the observation of an odor from this gas. Ozone therapy is the use of ozone as active drug in the treatment of many different diseases. The application of the medical use of ozone is between bioxidants therapies, as the most promising for its low investment cost and maintenance, ease of application and clinical results. The aim of this paper is to report the effectiveness of ozone therapy as alternative therapy protocol on several diseases at the clinic veterinarian.
