Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the action of extracts of cashew (Anacardium occidentale), Jurema-preta (Mimosa tenuiflora Willd.) Angico and (Anadenanthera colubrina) on the production of Eimeria, administered at different concentrations in sheep Experimental Farm Entre Rios belonging to the School of Veterinary Medicine, Federal University of Bahia. The extracts were prepared and administered in two doses from the first collection of feces in 21 crossbred Santa Inês and Somalis. In the results of the treatments  observed inhibitory action of these extracts on the development of Eimeria.
