Abstract

Testicular neoplasms represent the most common type of tumors in the reproductive system, with seminoma, sertolioma, and leydig cell tumors being the most prevalent. They are usually restricted to the testicles, with testicular enlargement being the main clinical sign observed. Some patients may present with feminization syndrome and, more severely, bone marrow aplasia. Diagnosis begins with clinical evaluation and anamnesis and is confirmed through histopathological evaluation. Orchiectomy combined with scrotal ablation is the main treatment, with a favorable prognosis for patients who do not develop aplastic anemia, and in these patients, in addition to surgical management, support treatment is necessary. The following work describes a case of association of testicular tumors in a non-chryptorchid patient with bone marrow aplasia.
