Pasture management strategies should be defined from knowledge that take into account the morphogenesis and physiological ecology of tropical forage plants and the ecology of grazing. The strategy must respect the balance between processes of growth and development of forage plants and plant-animal interface, making the management actions implemented are appropriate and specific to each condition of use and production. Therefore, this study is the premise of how to describe current perspectives of grazing systems on rotational and continuous stocking and intermittent.
