The concept of health in beef cattle is of great amplitude, being the most important goal in its maintenance, the continuous increase of production efficiency through the management of animal health. The control of animal health and production of a herd should have a solid base, allowing the current performance of animals is compared with the goals and the reasons for small reductions in production or increases in the incidence of disease can be identified in the shortest time possible thereby providing an appropriate cost and profit. Objective with this study the feasibility of technical information and avoid endangering the health of the consumer, and health of people involved with the handling of animals.
