Abstract

Production of fodder plants during manifested erratically during the rainy season which can reach 70-90% and 10-30% dry production. To reduce the impact of seasonality in animal production (meat, milk) is recommended to make a reservation of surplus fodder for use in times of deficit. We can use the techniques of conservation of fodder by silage and haymaking aimed at maximizing the preservation of the original nutrients found in fresh forage areas, with the storage, with minimal loss of nutrients possible.
