Abstract

Uretral Prolapse is characterized by the protrusion of the urethral mucosa beyond the penis that is characterized by the visualization of an injury in the mushroom form, in the extremity of the agency. The etiology of this abnormality frequently is unknown, but the sexual excitement, masturbation extreme can be unleashing factors, cystitis or urethritis can be a predisposing factor and is given credit the genetic predisposition of the brachycephalic races. This work had as objective to tell the occurrence of two cases of prolapse of the urethral mucosa and the job of the surgical technique proposal for Sinibalde (1973).
